5. No lubricant is added during rolling, causing dry friction, which causes the temperature of the tip to rise sharply beyond the tempering temperature of the rolling wheel. The excessive tempering of the tooth is softened, and the toothing and the toothing failure occur.
6. The rolling wheel must be fully demagnetized before leaving the factory, leaving residual magnetism. When working, the fine iron foam will accelerate the wear and tear.
