How the machine works:
The workpiece (sleeve) is automatically rolled to the specified position on the feeding mechanism under the action of gravity, and then pushed to the machining position by the loading cylinder or (cylinder). At this time, the program issues a command to the clamping cylinder or (cylinder), The workpiece is clamped, the feeding cylinder or (cylinder) is retracted, and the PLC system gives a command to the servo motor to turn and chamfer the outer circle of the workpiece. After the turning is completed, the clamping device is automatically released, and the workpiece is automatically dropped to the designated position. The PLC will issue the next cycle of instructions.

1. Select the location according to the actual situation to make the foundation;
2. Pre-embed the bolts and do a horizontal calibration;
3. Check the motor of the machine, pneumatic or (hydraulic);
